3rd Rock Essentials' Vitamin D3+K2 is chelated for increased bio-availability.

5 drops provides the equivalent of 4000 IU of D3 and 90 mcg of K2.

Each bottle contains approx 600 drops and is about a 4 month supply for one person. 

It is advised to not take daily vitamin D supplements containing more than 4,000 IU unless monitored under the supervision of your doctor.

Contains: Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) and Vitamin K2 (as menaquinine-7 (MK7))      Other ingredients: Distilled water, di-calcium phosphate, citric acid.
