Much of this is due to chemicals added to the water from swimmers, divers, those snorkeling, or others just floating. Why Magnesium Citrate?
Are you familiar with magnesium citrate? Magnesium citrate is a form of magnesium combined with citric acid. Magnesium itself is an essential mineral involved in hundreds of processes in the body, including muscle and nerve function, heart rhythm, blood sugar regulation, and bone health.
